The swimming pool and sauna are nicely decorated. The family bedroom is huge with a balcony offering lovely lake views. The restaurant serves excellent food. The breakfast is well stocked. The parking is conveniently located near the reception.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the hotel is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by picturesque scenery. It was a great escape from the busy city life. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. I particularly liked the rooms with balconies, as they provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views.

We got great value for our money at Kasor Resort & Spa. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, perfect for me and my two big dogs. The hotel's quiet location with a beautiful lake view and fresh pine-scented air was a wonderful treat. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by adding more variety in the options offered.

there was no toilet paper in my room .......I have never experienced that in a hotel ....., as a restaurant there is no choice, only the daily special.

Currently no Spa available. Directly at the property there is a poor dog who lives in the kennel and is crying and crying at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Loved the free WiFi , and the restaurant had surprisingly good food. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of a closed swimming pool and no air conditioning in my room. How refreshing!

Spent the xmas holiday at a beautiful resort surrounded by woods. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The resort did not have air conditioning, which made the room very warm. We had to open the window to cool down, but this unfortunately let in a lot of mosquitoes.

Had a decent Easter stay, the room was spacious and clean with an awesome view of the lake. The breakfast had variety of options with a range of tasty hot and cold meals. The staff was super helpful and attentive, making sure that we were comfortable with what we needed.

The hotel was too noisy, such that we couldn't get enough rest during the night. The pool was small, and it got crowded easily, we had to wait for quite some time before getting in.
